Following a tour a Jaffa, we headed to the beach, the shores on the Mediterranean, for a couple of hours for a matkot (paddleball) tournament, and lots of fun. Walking onto the beach, we saw the visual of a rough sea, very hot sand, and people running around like crazy. The tournament was won by Gabe and Gabi. We weren’t just there playing matkot, there were other activities going on such as playing in the sand and playing soccer. During this time, everyone was running into the sea, but there was a little bit a scare. There was an announcement from the lifeguard over the loud speaker, “guys stay close to the shore we have a little bit of jellyfish”. Everyone ran out of the water. During this time, there was a group playing soccer, and a group digging a hole. We were also able to eat lunch at the beach, and it was just a relaxing way to end the morning.
